1.To sip means to drink something by little swallows.
2.Weight loss plateaus means some obstacles to strength, endurance and weight loss.In other words, your body does not like to lose weight .

5.A joint is a part of human body where bones connect.
6.Strenuous means hard.
7.A pedometer is an equipment to count the amount of steps you've taken.
8.Cardiovascular Equipment means treadmills, rowing machines, elliptical, trainers, and stationary bikes etc.
9.To curl up means to do some excersizes wich include bending your body.
10.Brisk walking is very fast walking.
